Novotel London West Chooses Integrated Agency Adams Creative

The UK flagship hotel of the Accor Group, Novotel London West, recently appointed Adams Creative as its sole marketing agency.

Adams Creative was invited to pitch for the Hotel’s marketing after generating exceptional results via Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) of the existing website (www.novotellondonwest.co.uk). The SEO team increased the website’s ‘organic’ search engine visibility by 836% in just three months, with approximately 70% of all traffic arriving at the site via the top search engines.

During the next 18 months the agency will focus on increasing brand awareness, with particular focus on the Hotel’s award winning meeting, conference, exhibition and banqueting facilities for the international business community. All marketing activities will be streamlined to ensure Novotel London West receives maximum exposure online and offline with a consistent and clear message. Activities include design and build of a brand new website and supporting collateral.

Speaking about the agency’s appointment, Michael Sloan, General Manager of Novotel London West, said: “We recognised that we needed to appoint an agency to act as a ‘virtual marketing department’ for us, and so started the conversation with Adams Creative.
