Adams Creative expands its 'growth taskforce'

Adams Creative has begun 2008 with an ambitious plan for growth. The agency has expanded its business development team, appointing Tom Carling as a business development manager, and converting the basement, the only spare room left in the agency, into a bright and modern office.

The business development team are not only responsible for generating new business for Adams Creative, they are tasked with ensuring the agency does the same for its clients - developing the right marketing strategy and communications programme to help them achieve their business objectives.

Speaking about the expansion managing director Mike Adams said: “The agency has won some large accounts recently and I am confident that we have the creative talent and the right mix of skills to go to the next level. We have dedicated specialist teams in design and branding, public relations, website design and online marketing, and the decision to invest in our sales team aligns with our strategy of organic growth.”

Tom Carling joined Adams Creative as a business development manager in January and is excited about the agency’s potential: “Having worked in the creative industries for more than 20 years I truly believe that Adams Creative is distinctively positioned within the marketing world. The agency is genuinely integrated with specialists in all the key disciplines working closely together, yet it is small enough to be flexible and responsive - something that is increasingly important to clients.”

As previous client service director for integrated agencies in London such as ARC and Triangle, Tom has developed particular expertise in design, branding and digital media. He has worked for clients such as Cadbury, Lloyds TSB, Esporta, BT, Walt Disney World Florida and the Home Office.
