Integrated Marketing Agency increases footfall at The Pantiles

Visitor numbers up at The Pantiles due to integrated marketing agency

In May 2008 Adams Creative integrated marketing agency was appointed to manage all of the events and publicity for The Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells as part of a strategy to rejuvenate the area by the new owners, Targetfollow. The communications team at Adams moved quickly to establish a varied and exciting events programme that kicked off mid June with a 12 week summer jazz season.

Already the events and publicity is having an impact. Over the summer period visitors to The Pantiles increased by approximately ten per cent when compared with the same period (June – August) last year, as counted by the Tourist Information Centre.

“These figures are encouraging for all – for the businesses in The Pantiles who have experienced increased footfall, and for visitors themselves who have enjoyed the many events and activities on offer,” reported Adrian Goldney, head of marketing at Targetfollow.
