Objective To build brand awareness through filming a range of people talking about their positive experience of using the ‘ISI Web of Knowledge’ service. We filmed these people in their everyday environment. The client testimonials were then hosted on a specially created micro-site called ‘Confessions of a User’. This site was built to enable other users to upload their own video footage discussing ‘ISI Web of Knowledge’, much like YouTube, and was optimised to achieve the best possible search engine results.

The result

After only week of going live, the ‘Confessions of a User’ site has been visited by over 4,700 people in 82 countries/territories.

Adams Creative undertook every aspect of this project, from filming and editing, to programming and web design. The result is a compelling, user-friendly and engaging site that builds Thomson Scientific’s credibility and brand awareness through real-life customer testimonials.
